Windows 10: why is undertale not installing but other games are on the microsoft store but i did not...

Whenever i hit the install butten it goes grey like its about to install but then goes back to blue. i have tryed reseting the microsoft store and restarting my computer put it just does not work but with other games it works just fine i did buy the game it says owned it just wont work.

Undertale not working

I contacted their tech support today and after 40 minutes with them they tell me the same thing I told them in the very first sentence of the chat. Undertale was removed early from Game Pass. However the worst part is is if you look at the Xbox App on
PC it still says "Included with XGP" but there is no download option. And on the phone app it still has Undertale listed as leaving soon.

I can understand how relations from game developers can cause games to leave early (that is what chat support told me the reason for the removal) but with Microsoft being the Software and Tech giant that is it is shamefull that they can't do basic housekeeping
and keep information up to date on their PAID MEMBERSHIPS.
