  1. Why is unused memory counted as used at the same time?

So I'm regularly using a VM with Hyper-V on my Windows 11 host system Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit, 16GB RAM, Core i5 without any issues. But since yesterday I noticed that I don't have enough available RAM for powering up my VM. In task manager I can see that I'm constantly running at very high memory usage 70-90% But the memory usages of the individual processes don't add up to the 12-14GB that I'm supposedly using. So I downloaded RamMap and tried to figure out what's going on. I've read many posts, where people with similar issues report to see high numbers in Paged Table, Mapped File or Dr

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

Why is unused memory counted as used at the same time?

Memory use shoots up to 99% after idle time

I'm facing this problem in the last few days. Memory use according to Task Manager goes up to 99%, CPU reaches 80% and the PC becomes almost totally unresponsive.

Based on similar threads I installed RAMMap and here's what is shown.

I installed Poolmon and ran it and this is what I get.

Please note that the first entry does not show a tag. Is this normal?

According to the rest of the listing I should investigate Volsnap.sys and atc.sys. Could you advise what are the next steps?
