Windows 10: Why is upgrading to a newer version of windows always a downgrade?

    Why is upgrading to a newer version of windows always a downgrade?


    I have been using dual monitors since it became possible, I don't know....windows 95 maybe? I have always had my taskbar on my secondary monitor ONLY. I have to imagine most people who game or watch a video full screen, want to do this on their main monitor, but also want to still be able to open other programs on the secondary monitor, looking things up about their game, watching videos while gaming, Youtube etc. I cannot imagine any reason ever for needing taskbar on both monitors or on main monitor only which is what we now have. Why do you people always break things that worked just f
