    "Record That" feature on Xbox Game Bar not working for VALORANT.

    The problem is with the game itself. Valorant depends on its anti-cheat, "Riot Vanguard". Vanguard blocks many things and the windows game bar happens to be one of them.

    Windows boot up takes 30 minutes

    The issue may be the anticheat system particularly the vgk.sys driver which according to a comment in the following link starts when you start your computer:

    Can you uninstall "Riot Vanguard" in Add/Remove programs as was suggested in the link?

    Here's a link also suggesting the anticheat driver can be uninstalled perhaps not affecting the game itself:
