  1. Why is VBC Visual Basic Commad Line taking up 50-60% of my CPU?

I have no clue how this came onto my PC. It started becoming a problem about 10 days ago but I thought nothing on it, but it has started to become annoying.I looked at other posts about VBC, and it seems as if this is malware, and I used malwarebytes to go check for anything, and the only thing that came up is my GTA mod menu. I am not too sure whatelse is happening, as I wanted to follow what someone else was told to do, but they had someone helping them every step. For extra information, VBC seems to open every 5 minutes and immeditally goes ontop of the game I am playing most of the time r

As the title says, while playing music the Groove Music in task manager is taking up 50-60% of my CPU. I doubt it is supposed to be this much does anyone have any suggestions?

    Compile Visual Basic

Im trying to compile a vb file in the command prompt. Its a simple hello word script to test it out. But I get an error:

    C:\Users\Me\Documents\IT\vb>vbc helloworld.vb
Microsoft (R) Visual Basic Compiler version 9.0.30729.9141
Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

vbc : Command line error BC2035 : Error embedding Win32 manifest: Default manifest file cannot be accessed.

    How can I fix this?
