Windows 10: Why is virtual memory unable to disable pagefile?

Hello!I want to disable and enable pagefile for a quick and simple reboot. I have attempted to do this through the virtual memory settings in windows. I have unchecked “automatically manage page file size for all drives”, and selected the option “no pagefile”, clicked OK, and then restarted the computer.When the computer comes back on, it will have unchecked “no pagefile” and instead selected “systemadministrated size” without me doing anything. The pagefile.sys is also still there. So it isn’t doing what it should and I don’t understand why.The pagefile size: 3947 MBMinimal size allowed: 16 M

The virtual memory pagefile can be disable using the command prompt, you must be signed in as an administrator. Kindly follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
• Type CMD to open the command prompt.
• Copy and paste this command: fsutil behavior set encryptpagingfile 0.
• Once done, restart your PC to apply the changes made.

Is it safe to manage Virtual Memory (Pagefile) In Windows 10 and change settings or not

On websites and videos I noticed people talk about changing settings for Virtual memory in Windows 10.

They say it is ok to change the minimum and maximum size of the Pagefile physical memory also on the Virtual Memory box, uncheck the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.

So please suggest if it is safe to change such settings or not?
