Windows 10: Why is voice access on windows 11 so incredibly poor?

I rely on. voice access. 2 dictate. All my messages. And I am currently. recording this. Obviously my speech has been quite staggered and that explains why there are punctuation issues. So I've turned off automatic punctuation and I find the application to be Absolutely ridiculously woeful. as you can see it just capitalize the word absolutely now when I enter the word god it continuously does it in lower case which I find to be very disrespectful. As you can see it has entered The word God in lowercase and yet if I enter the word Muslim or Judaism as you can see it is capitalized I am recordi

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

Voice Access for offline use

You can use Voice Access on Windows 11 offline. According to Microsoft Support, Voice Access is a new feature in Windows 11 that enables everyone, including people with mobility disabilities, to control their PC and author text using only their voice and without an internet connection.

Here’s how you can set it up:

1. Launch Voice Access from Settings: In the Start menu, select Settings > Accessibility > Speech. Turn on the Voice access switch.
   
2. Start Voice Access from Windows search: Open Windows search and type voice access. Select Open to start voice access.
   

When you turn on Voice Access for the first time, you are prompted to download voice access language files to be used by on-device speech recognition. Once the language files have been downloaded, voice access works regardless of your internet connection status.

Note: You may still need the Internet to download the corresponding language files when setting up for the first time. After the download is complete, you can use it offline.
