Windows 10: Why is Windows 10 saying my bought copy of windows 10 is not valid?

I bought my machine a cyberpower pc that came with home. I wanted pro, so I went to Amazon where I got a key. I reinstalled windows, used the key and the machine upgraded to pro. Well yesterday I had to redo my system, I also put in a new video card but left the old one if the lower pci-e slot. Now every time I go to activate my pro key it says it's not valid. What do I do? Not so sure about the valid key part. I have a friend that has a questionable copy of Windows 7 that has got the popup, and reserved windows 10. However no one I know with a valid copy of windows 7 has gotten it.

No one can even be entirely sure they are being validated right now. But if he is doing windows updates im willing to bet its not illegal.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
