Windows 10: Why is windows 10 so user unfriendly?

I just bought a new laptop and was trying to copy old data from previous laptop to it using an external hdd. everything is going fine until it says file data too large for destination. I did a bit of research and i am not a tech geek but both the laptop hdd and the external hdd are ntfs.


how do i solve this problem? please help!

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

win 10 very unfriendly to user

I hate win 10 with a passion. Programs and games that used to run without a problem on win7 now crash or refuse to even start up. I even had to go as far as to ask different laptop providers to send me a list of laptops that still support win7. Luckily for
me there are still some options and i will make use of these.

If microsoft continues to suck and all the new versions will be as unfriendly as win10, then i'll be using win7 still in 30 years.
