Windows 10: Why is Windows 11 darkening my screen?

My monitor works with other computers with no problem. Everything is fine when I come to the login screen. Once I log in, the monitor dims and I can't figure out what is causing this. The only way to get it back to its correct brightness is to unplug it from the computer and plug it back in.Dynamic Lighting is not turned on.The brightness slider isn't available.I've already updated my graphic card drivers

Sudden random window darkening on windows11

I haven't had any luck solving it yet. I have a Nvidia card, Dell HDR Monitor, and Windows 11. The screen randomly darkens every 5-10 minutes, and it usually lasts for 30-60 seconds. I thought it was related to adaptive brightness, but I can't seem to find any logic for when it darkens. It is annoying and I can't find any solutions. Dell blames Microsoft, but who knows?
