Windows 10: Why is windows 11 kb 5035853 causing my PC to freeze?

I recently started having my PC freeze when trying to install a new fan controller from Corsair. I was told its drivers its this its that .. you might have a bad hard drive your ram could be bad.. people asking me if I tried turning it off and back on again. Some ask me to delete system 32.. After much stress I reinstalled windows erasing everything which fixed the issue. I have held off on adding any new hardware to my PC so while Im updating to ensure system security and stability I'm restarting with each and ever every single update.. Well it happened again.. pc started freezing. Last updat

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

There might be some third party application that is freezing your computer, I suggest you to place the computer in clean boot and check.
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
