Windows 10: Why is Windows 11 Pro freezing up?

I have noticed that my Windows 11 Pro computer is locking up, so I have to power it off to start over. There are no error messages, and my mouse does not work. Ctrl, Alt, and Del keys do not work either.I have a Dell XPS 8950 computer. It has an Intel i9-12900 processor, 64 GB memory.Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 Installed on ‎12/‎27/‎2024 OS build 26100.4484 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.128.0 This does not occur very often, maybe a couple of times a week.Any ideas what might be causing my lock ups? Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

 

Windows 10 (Pro 64bit) randomly freezes

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
