Windows 10: why is windows automatically blocking certain websites on my computer? I have tried looking...

when ever i try to get into the website, it shows me a page of "hmmm..can't reach this page" and the website refusing to connect. I am aware that i have not actively blocked this website from being acessed on my computer.

Recent websites blocked looks strange

A weekly activity report for my son shows a list of blocked websites. It looks so strange because the time is between midnight and early. The computer is shut down and he is not definitely able to use the computer at that time. What's wrong with this?

I have googled a bit and found software that can be used to block websites on a computer. I also found another way by using Windows which I would prefer. My problem is I must be doing something wrong. Here is the site that has the steps.

Don't know about the kitten thing, but I do know that blocking "all NSFW" websites is gonna require a service/software that is updated regularly. This can either be done with software or with a router that supports such a feature, since the list of NSFW websites is constantly changing. Suggest you start with the option for family friendly surfing that is included as part of Windows Live Essentials.
