Windows 10: Why is Windows Command Processor using over 50% of my battery? [Win11]

As you can see on the screenshot - this is my options panel on my laptop Dell G15. And I'm suprised of how fast my battery goes from full to under 20% while doing some basic stuff like studying and writing in Docs or Word.On this scr the percentage for Windows Command Processor is 52% while yesterday it was above 60%. I don't even know what that is nor how do I stop it. I also feel like my CPU is overheating while gaming due to that. I don't go under 93C while playing Europa Universalis 4 which is CPU demanding game or Chivalry 2 which is not really CPU demanding game, rather GPU demandin

Battery stops charging at 50%

Apparently there is a setting (on Vaios only?) to limit the battery charging to 50% or 80% to increase useful battery life. I changed it to 80%, now my battery charges to 80%. It is also possible to remove this limit altogether so that the battery charges
to 100%.
