    Why is windows driver foundation using 15-30 percent of my CPU in games


    I have noticed my framerate in games drop very low lately making the game unplayable do to the high CPU usage around 25% from windows driver foundation. I tried updating my WIFI drivers, updating windows 10 to the latest version, clean boot, and system file checker and nothing has changed. The only time it stops running is when I close out of the game. Is there any way to prevent it from running in the background or force it to use less CPU?Specs if that helpsWindows 10 22H2HP Envy x360 15mintel core i5 8265U @1.608GB RAMIntel UHD 620 GraphicsM.2 SSD 256GB1920x1080 60Hz Display

    High CPU Usage by Windows Driver Foundation

    Yesterday after updating my PC I noticed that Windows Driver Foundation was taking a large percentage of my CPU up. After searching the internet I found a fix which worked. By reinstalling my WLAN driver, Windows Driver Foundation disappeared. However,
    today it has appeared again. Taking up a large percentage CPU again ad making y laptop fairly sluggish. How can I fix this?

    High CPU Usage by Windows Driver Foundation

    After updating my PC I noticed that Windows Driver Foundation was taking a large percentage of my CPU up. Taking up a large percentage CPU making my laptop fairly sluggish. How can I fix this? My Hardware
    is a Microsoft Surface Book.

    I've also done a Trace with the Windows Performance Toolkit. How can i send it to you guys?

Since last Update the Windows Driver Foundation Task has a high CPU usage and my Surface Book lags like **** Why is windows driver foundation using 15-30 percent of my CPU in games :( I've done a Trace like requested.
