Windows 10: Why is Windows Terminal starting at login?

I have Windows 11 Pro and when I log in Windows Terminal starts up by itself. I have checked all the places for having it do this and they are turned off or disabled such as Windows Startup folder, Terminal settings, Taskbar Startup, Terminal app advanced options. All of them are turned off or disabled. It's like the Terminal settings file is getting corrupted. Then after several loginsdays later it starts "looping" where it asks for admin permission to run the Terminal app and I hit the X closure button and it reopens again and continues to do so. I was able to get to the advance option

You Need To Enable Touch And Keyboard Handwriting Service On To Fix This Problem
To enable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service, follow these steps:

1. Press Win+R in combination to open the Run dialog box.
2. In the empty field of the box, type Services.msc and hit the Enter key to open the Services (Local) editor.
3. locate Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service entry under Name section.
4. Now double click it
5. Change The Startup Type To Automatic If It Not Already
6. Then Click The Start Button Then Click Ok And Close The Window
7. Now Relaunch Windows Terminal Your Problem Should Now Be Fixed

Windows Login fail

The system BSODed once and since then whenever it starts I get the error code

It start in safe mode
It BSOD's again if I start with "Restore previous..."
I've also tried changing the login screen from welcome screen to classic.
