Windows 10: Why is Xbox app for PC making me unpack a 53gb game for all 53gb after I just waiting over...

I just finished downloading PAYDAY 3 53.6 GB which took about an hour and a half to complete. I opened the game and it says “preparing” and then goes into “unpacking” and it says it will take 53.6 GB of storage to unpack the game going at the same download speed that it took to actually download the game! Is there any fix to this?!?!? If so please help

53gb In Adobe folder in APPDATA Roaming. Can it move or be deleted?

53GB is way too high. Use a utility like Treesize Free to check the size of each folder to see what is taking all the space. Cache files can be relocated or purged under the Adobe application settings. Be careful if you delete anything since this folder stores your key application settings.

 

0x80070422 when trying to finish install of a game from the store

I've got a game downloading at 53GB of 55GB and I've got this error. The store complained that windows update was off so I turned it on bhut that didn't fix the issue.
