Windows 10: Why is Yandex.ru set as default search in Moldova?

I would like to understand why, every time I install a new instance of Windows and select my region as the Republic of Moldova, the default search engine is automatically set to Yandex.ru.This setting seems inappropriate, as the Republic of Moldova is not part of Russia. I kindly request clarification on this matter and whether it is possible to update this default behavior to better reflect the preferences of users in Moldova.Thank you for your time and assistance.

Why can't I set Google as my default search option in IE10?

When I bought my Lumia 920 delfault provider was set to Yandex in IE options, Search button in right down corner also opened Yandex. I changed it in options to Google and button also opened Google. It worked OK about 10 days but after some SW-update button
opens always Bing, no matter if default is set to Google or Yandex. I have operator free phone bought without subscription:

Model name RM-821_eu_russia_216

Mobile Operator Name 000-RU

So there should not be any restrictions to select freely any default search provider. Why button now always opens Bing ?
