Windows 10: Why is YouTube audio choppy?

I have a Hewlett Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dh1xxx running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and Chrome version 87.0.4280.141. There was a recent Windows update and now YouTube audio is constantly choppy. This was never happening before and I might add that it doesn't happen while disconnected from my external audio output. So I'd like to know why this is happening and how I can get rid of this choppiness so I can watch YouTube videos cleanly with no lag. I've tried reinstalling drivers completely, reinstalling Chrome, signing in and signing out of Google account within browser, disabling hardware acceleration, clearing cache and cookies, etc. Nothing works so far and I'd like to know what to do about this.

If anyone could help me out with this that would be great!

Edit: Also I used Speedtest and my internet is fine.

My audio is very choppy?

That bad is audio with both my PC headset and TV. In Device Manager > Sound, Video and game controllers, and Sound > Playback tab, I've got listed:

• Mpow HC (headset)
• NVIDIA High Definition Audio (TV)
• Realtek Audio

In Device Manager, the context menu of each is the same. In Sound, the default device is NVIDIA High Definition Audio. When trying to troubleshoot, via settings, I get:





I don't know which to choose. Troubleshooting via the Taskbar speaker icon hadn't helped.

great, im not crazy. i was surprised when i entered "choppy" in my google chrome search bar and found "choppy audio windows 10," guess im not alone. this problem is crazy to me cause i thought i blown
my speakers but i checked it and it was fine the audio is coming out choppy from my desktop dell and i cant exactly play youtube videos, it lags crazy. i have 3 computers, 2 laptop (with win7) 1 desktop (with win8), i test download win10 on my backup laptop
(didn't want to encounter issues on my main computer) and everything seams fine and all but i'm not sure if the audio volume was always that low on max 100%, not sure how to tell if there was a difference or not if anyone knows please tell me cause thats kinda
a deal breaker.

I am having trouble with a live stream presentation on YouTube. The video and audio are both choppy, to the point that I cannot watch it. I have tried to search for a solution but have had no success. I have an HP all in one desktop, with windows 10.
