Windows 10: Why isn’t Microsoft sending me verification codes

On a different Microsoft account, I am trying to sign into it without my password. For some reason when I ask for a verification code, it does not send me one. In addition my 25 digit two factor authentication code is not working I do not know how to reset my password without any of this.

Microsoft won't send me verification code emails

Hi TG. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

Sometimes the code won't be sent until your Account is verified in Settings > Accounts > Your Info.

If that's not it then here are the steps Microsoft recommends for troubleshooting verification Code arrival:

If nothing else works then I'd Contact Microsoft Support at Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Explain the problem to the Virtual Assistant and keep asking for an agent, to get chat or a call back on week days.

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
