Windows 10: Why isnt my computer charging by USB-C?

I left my phone charger at a friends house and had to charge my phone through my laptop via USB-C. The morning after I plugged in my laptop through the same USB-C there is only 1 and it will no longer charge. The cable works since I plugged in a different device and its charging. I have tried a little on Device Manager to disable and enable it but its not working. thanks.

usb c cannot charge computer but can reverse charge

I am having a problem with my Lenovo computer, where I can use the usb-c port to charge devices, but the charger will not charge the computer. I tried rebooting my computer, unplugging my cords, doing microsoft's page regarding this problem, but I believe the problem lies within the computer. The chargers can charge other computers just fine, but it's just my computer. I usually have a usb-c dock connected to the usb-c port with a charger going through the usb-c dock. Would that be the cause of this problem?
