Windows 10: Why isn't my GPU showing up in Windows 10 Graphics Settings?

I have just installed a 7800XT into my PC, and Windows will not let me utilize it. I've done a clean erase using a DDU and reinstalled the most up to date drivers for the GPU but still nothing. I got help from a Microsoft Tech and their resolution was to change my Integrated Graphics drivers to the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. After doing so, I could on then utilize my GPU in the Windows 10 Graphics Settings and i would not have any Audio.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

My radeon HD 8670m graphics card isn´t useable, after windows 10 update. After i updated windows 10 recently (Windows 10 update, version 17763) my HD8670M graphics card stopped working, i can´t even
enjoy a playing FIFA 19 without lagging. Can someone help me with this issue please. I use this notebook as my main PC. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

• What is the make and model of the machine?
  

I suggest you to install the latest graphics drivers from AMD Drivers and Support
and see if it works. This updated driver serves both the integrated and discrete graphics.

If the drivers fail to install, the possible causes could be:

• Missing critical or recommended Windows Updates.
  
• Graphics driver and software conflicts.
  
• False positives blocked by anti-virus software.
  

Make sure, all the Windows Updates are installed and follow the troubleshooting steps listed in
Troubleshooting Common AMD Graphics Driver Installation Problems and check if it works.
