Windows 10: Why isn’t my Logitech c922 pro stream working with the capture & share tab on Xbox?

I own a new Xbox x and a pre owned Xbox one s.Purchased a Logitech c922 pro stream, when plugging it in it will flash white indicating it’s got power to it, but when attempting to start my stream and choose camera location it does not access or turn on the webcam at all, it will sit on the preview loading screen even though the switch is set to camera on and the webcam works fine thru Skype, the camera app on Xbox, and on a laptop it works fine as well. The capture and share tab is the only thing that crashes the webcam and won’t access it. All my settings are correct I have checked them all s

logitech does not provide drivers for the c922 pro stream webcam, they say that the webcam will work on windows drivers

Thank you for that additional information. Based on the manufacturer's website, they released an update. You may want to check it

here. If the issue persists, it would be best that you contact them. They have the necessary tools to manually configure your device with Windows 10.
