Windows 10: Why isn't my Microsoft account syncing on Microsoft Mahjong between my laptop and phone

I have Microsoft Mahjong installed on my phone and on my laptop and they are both using the same Microsoft account. My account is leveled up on my phone, but when I downloaded the game on my laptop, I restarted on level 1. How do I sync it so they are on the same level.

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.

You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong. On the Microsoft Mahjong page in the Store, select
Get the game (online) or Install (in the Store app). The game will download and install automatically.

Microsoft Account and Syncing


Not sure what else to suggest but since you mentioned it, try variations of the sync settings on your W8.1 phone. It is just possible that this is causing some confusion with your Microsoft account and the W10 settings.

• Go to Settings.
• Tap email + accounts.
• Tap and hold your Microsoft account.
• Tap sync.

Check also if you have the correct date and time set on your phone.
