    Why isn't my password updating/working?


    Hi, so I tried logging into my account on my laptop and it said my password wasn't correct, I reset my password, tried again but it said the same thing. I then restarted my laptop, tried again, and it said the same thing. It is not a Microsoft Surface device its a TOSHIBA laptop which has has Microsoft Windows software in it and to sign in you must have a Microsoft account which I do have and I've used this laptop for ages with the same account, then one day it said my password was wrong and I haven't changed it so I'm not sure why it said that, then when I reset it I got stuck in this mess of
