Windows 10: Why isn't the html email bug fixed?

Once again, I got an email in my Windows email app aol from one of my doctors and couldn't read the email because it was in html. This is an ongoing bug that does NOT get fixed. WHY?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Via my Windows 11 email app I just got an email from Norton antivirus. The headline said It was something about the NFT site OpenSea being the victim of a data breach. I could not read the email as it was in html. OMG, I sell NFT art on OpenSea. I am a member. Was MY data breached? As I could not read or convert the html code in my Windows 11 email app email, after double checking in the news to see if OpenSea was indeed hacked, I had to go online to my original email account and, viola, the Norton email was in plain English. The Windows 11 email app is delivering critical emails in unreadable html. THis has apparently been going on for months, years. WHY?

Microsoft, fix the email bug!

And no, Microsoft, it is not our job as nontechnical users to try workarounds, it's YOUR job to deliver a workable product or service. Do your job!

 

N97 HTML emails

May I make a suggestion? Virtually all the emails I receive are HTML



By default my N97 downloads just text for each of the emails. For a lot of emails this is suficient for you to deal with it. If, however, you need to read the HTML version then whilst the email is open go to "options" then "Attachments" and then you should
find the HTML version as "Attachment.html", Alternatively you may need to go to "Options" then "Retrieve" and the HTML attachment is at the top of the email. Tap to open. If you wish to forward or save then there is an option to save before you open.



I'd suggest that this should cover 99% of the times you'll need HTML.
