Windows 10: Why isn’t the “Keyboard and mouse” option not available to my Hp laptop on roblox

I NEED HELP! Every time I try to play a game and enable shift lock it doesn’t work so I checked my movement mode but “Keyboard and mouse” isn’t an option. I’ve tried restarting the game and my laptop, turning off game bar and turning on the shift lock switch. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP

Roblox not showing Keyboard and Mouse control Option

I have a hp laptop that does not have a touch screen.

I installed roblox from the microsoft store.

i am using windows 11.

In the settings menu I cannot change the movement mode to mouse and keyboard its not an option.

I have tried to change the camera mode.

I do not have a touch screen driver under device manager

 

I can’t get on keyboard+mouse mode on roblox.

Dear Chandler,I understand that options are not displayed in Roblox;

In that case I recommend you try to Reset Roblox;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Locate Roblox in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;

Scroll down the page and click on Reset;

Now open Roblox;

Start some game;

Click on the Roblox icon (Top left corner of the screen);

Click on Settings;

In Camera Mode, set to Classic;

In Motion Mode, change to Keyboard + Mouse;

Check if it is now possible to use keyboard and mouse in Roblox;
