Windows 10: Why isn't Windows Defender preinstalled on my laptop?

I came across an issue on my laptop that forced me to reset windows. But, for some reason, it forced me to send diagnostic data. Not only that, but Windows Defender had most features disabled and popped up with "your IT administrator has limited access" message. I've tried all the fixes and came to the conclusion that Windows Defender wasn't on my system at all and had only taken up 8 kb. I then tried to install it off the Microsoft store, but it said I had to subscribe to Microsoft 365? I would like a fix for this, and if anybody could, let me disable diagnostic data.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

How do I remove/disable McAfee and Defender so I can run AVG?

I noticed on my computer I have both mcafee and defender...defender doesn,t appear in the list of programs, I believe it is part of the operating system..Does anyone know how to disable it. I understand it isn,t a strong protector...Mcafee does appear
in my programs and I could delete it. I would like both of them to go away so I could put on AVG....

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
