Windows 10: why KB5012117 patch can affect the python pylibmodbus modbus.dll call function?

after install the patch KB5012117, my python program cannot execute, and will report error below. After uninstall the patch and restart, I can execute the program again. what's going on with this new patch? Simple Python Scripts

Before we post any more scripts, I'd like to take
a step back and go over the basic help function
within the Python interactive console.
(mine is on linux, not sure if the Windows version is exactly the same) *Confused

Here I start the Python console, it tells me what
version I'm using and gives me a >>> prompt





Now I use the HELP function to view all the installed modules/libraries

Now to see what functions are contained within a particular module,
we simply use help again. I'll be looking at the webbrowser module
which can be seen in the list.

By looking into the module, I see that I want to use the open_new(url) function,
so my command(s) will look someting like this.
I have to import the module to use the functions.

Help can navigate through any module, exposing the various

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

 

Iron Python

This product was property of the Microsoft, this is a implementation of a Python. I have dificulty to install IronPython (API), using Visual Studio Professional 2019. How i do?

I need install the iron python on the environment.

I need 2 environment on my program. Someone can help me step by step, please, the procediments to make to install it, and, don't crash my Python System.

I need to know if the Iron Python gonna modify the system, or PIP. Or damage
