Windows 10: Why Latest Windows 10 Update 2022-09-22 Removed All Personalized URL Shorcut Icons &...

My Latest Windows 10 Update as of 2022-09-22 removed all of my personalized URL Shorcut Icons, which I manually personalized w/ my own icons, from either Windows DLL files, or my own downloaded icons, & such that by looking at it you knew exactly which site you were going to, & replaced them w/ just 1 Icon, in my case the Firefox icon, so now when I look at my desktop all URL Shorcuts look exactly the same & I can't tell which is which. Not only that, but now, it replaced all of their names to "name.URL" since it knew what it was doing, & when you create a new shortcut to a U

IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 20H2 will reach end of service on May 10, 2022 for devices running the Home, Pro, Pro Education, and Pro for Workstations editions. After May 10, 2022, these devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10 or Windows 11.

We will continue to service the following editions: Enterprise, IoT Enterprise, Windows on Surface Hub, and Windows Server, version 20H2.

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
