Windows 10: Why Lumia 535 app Store not working

I have a Lumia 535 so the internet you can browse but as soon you want to go into something it's say the page can't be reached. When I try to open the app Store it tell me the same thing app Store can't be reached try again later.. * Moved from Community Center

Lumia 535 wont install apps form store

Lumia 535 (windows 8.1) has failed to download and install store apps for past few months (via wifi)/. They say pending and then get stuck downloading 1mb. I can browse store, surf, email etc and installing apps used to work.

I've tried everything suggested here

Any solution or should I just buy an android phone?
