Windows 10: why me windows 7 computer runs so slow

so i try to make me computer faster but i wont work i want to play a game lags so hard and when i try to run roblox it just dont load And i tried alot of thing but it wont work even i have only 12gb left if i have only browser and steam theres some update things and they are called microsoft Visual C+ x86 or x64 they are driffnent years like 2013 2012 2010 2015-2022 can i delete these things?

  Which is the build currently installed on the computer?
  
• 
  Are you experiencing the slowness when browsing the internet or are you experiencing overall slowness on the computer?
  
• 
  Did you install any third party security application?
  

If you are facing overall slowness on the system, I suggest you to run
System Maintenance troubleshooter finds and clean up unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

• Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
• Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
• Select System Maintenance.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Also, place the computer in a Clean boot state and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Follow the Microsoft KB article to perform clean boot on the computer:

The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.
