Windows 10: Why memory summary differs from memory details?

Why am I seeing this discrepancy between the summary and the details?This PC suffers of unexpected reboots and the application running on it sometimes highlights low RAM memory in idle condition.Thanks!

Memory issues

Thank you for updating us. We suggest that you run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, this is to check your system for memory problems. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

HP stream wont update windows 10 , not enough memory

To better assist you, we suggest that you check the RAM of your computer and the memory usage by following the steps provided below:

• Open Task Manager.
• Click on More details.
  
• Click on the Performance tab.
• Click on Memory.

Memory Issue.

Go to motherboard manufacturer site, go to Support section, download memory compatibility list. Check your memory.

If you'll find it in list go to step two: at memory manufacturer site download memory manual.

Compare memory settings in manual and in BIOS.
