    why microsoft is worst service provider?


    i bought hp laptop with i5 processor in 2012.

    it was originally windows 8.1.

    than came windows 10.

    i upgraded it.


    PROBLEM STARTED:


    THE POINTER KEEPS ON MOVING TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE DISPLAY. TILL TODAY


    i talked with windows services, many times.

    they took control of the windows by means of internet but couldn't fix the problem.

    than on my own i tried updating drivers and up-to-date windows from time to time. somehow it worked. but didn't solved the problem.

    but now again the problem has re-emerged as worst form of mental torture.


    i am moving now looking for a new operating system.

    and with experience of 8 years i can say that microsoft is the worst service provider.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
