    Why Microsoft Support Can't answer questions


    Why can't Microsoft answer questions? I have summitted questions regarding the memory issues and all I get is referrals to other articles that has nothing to do with the issue.

    Lumia 810 - T-mobile EOL. Support?

    I get the question, but since this is a user to user support forum I would suggest you contact either T-Mobile US or

    Nokia US on this. They are the only ones who can answer this question.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
