    Epson ET-4760 prints intermittently in MS Word in Windows 10

    Sometimes when I send a MS Word print job to the Epson RT-4760, everything works fine, and I get my job printed. I am using Windows 10 from the Office 365 suite.

    Other times, the printer will not print. I get error messages such as "problem with the printer setup" or "printer ready" and no printing gets done. Troubleshooter cannot find the problem. However, I can print from my screen immediately after the Word document refuses to print.

    What's going on? How can I get my Word documents to print consistently?

    Epson print cd

    Normally yes, but PrintCD is an application for Epson printers to print on CD/DVD. It's not available on Epson's site.

    Printing Word Document

    Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

    Any suggestions??
