Windows 10: Why my acer aspire 3 A315-58 laptop become too slow after 3 minutes of start everytime?

Why my acer aspire 3 laptop become too slow after 3 minutes of start? I have changed my SSD, updated Bios and complete format and install fresh window. Every time i start my laptop it run fast for few minutes then suddenly become too slow. It takes too much time to open single doc file. Looking for solution.

Permanently disable built in Wi-Fi on Acer Aspire 3 A315

I have an Acer Aspire A 315 with a built in W-Fi that is extremely slow and slows the whole laptop. Internet speeds are approximately 2/10 DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD Mbps with the built in adapter and 40/90 with a TP Link USB adapter.

I have disabled the device and uninstalled it multiple times using Device Manager but every time the laptop restarts, the AMD/Qualcomm Atheros adapter/driver reinstalls itself and the computer slows to a crawl. As soon as I disable it again the computer becomes usable.

Is there a way to permanently disable the built in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter? I have tried to do this from the BIOS/startup screen but cannot find the device in the configuration.

Hardware: Aspire 3 A315-21-95KF AMD A9, AMD Radeon Graphics, 6GB DDR4 memory, 1,000GB Hard Drive.

If I can't get this resolved the laptop might as be trashed as boot times are way too long and up to an hour long when a Windows Update is being installed.

 

Function key on Aspire 3

I am using Acer Aspire A315-53-36L1 and my problem is that my function is toggle on. How can I toggle off the function key on my laptop?
