Why my camera screen shows white vertical line? this also shows in the taken pictures by the webcam and video calling through 3rd party apps as well.

Line shows up in photos

I own a Lumia 1520 and for a while now a thin white line shows up in pictures that I take with the camera. The line is not there on the display before the picture is taken but is suddenly there after it is taken. I would realm like to find a solution so
any input is appreciated. Thanks.

 

Vertical and horizontal lines when using the front camera / Lumia 950

When using the front facing camera there are vertical and horizontal lines on screen. When a picture is taken these lines come out in the photo. Tried resetting the phone, the issue is still there. Any feedback to resolve will be appreciated.

 

N8 White Vertical Line on Screen and Camera Not Working After Soft Reset

Dear all,

I have a problem with my N8, it got a quite bright white vertical line on my screen. The line is visible in all menu. Tried to set the brightness to highest and lowest with no luck at all. So the last resort I tried is to soft reset the device but the line
is still there. But that's not all. After the soft reset, now my camera is not working. It only show black screen when then camera is activated. But if i use another camera program, it is fine.

Please someone give me some advice.

PS.

* I've upgraded my N8 to Symbian Anna.

* As far as I remembered, the line was visible the first time not long after I installed PR 1.1, and upgrade to Symbian Anna didn't fix the issue.

* After soft reset, I've restored my backup settings. Should I do the hard reset (*#7780# or *#7370#)?

* My warranty period has passed.

* Screenshot attached for the white line problem. The line is on the right side of the screen.
