Windows 10: why my cpu usage is low like mostly under 10%

i Have a hp pavilion 15 gaming laptop which has GTX 1650 and Ryzen 5 5600H, from last 2 weeks my CPU usage has been very low no matter which game I play on it, Gpu usage goes 100% too sometimes but Cpu always stays under 20%, because of this my games stuttering and lagging a lot, while they stutter GPU usage drops to 30-40% and Cpu usage increase around 36-42%, it happens like in every few minutes, I did all drivers update and window update too, removed all previous drivers and reinstalled them but still nothing helped me, when I do all hardware diagnostic tests, cpu fan\stress tests it passe

Low single core performance CPU in windows 11 22h2 update, low CPU usage

The recent patch fixed the low GPU usage issue in games, however, CPU usage is still low. below 6%. So Microsoft still needs to fix that. because when I rolled back the update, the usage is fine. even when i run a single core benchmark in cinebench the CPU usage is still below 6%. no driver updates or uninstallation fixed it. only roll back to update fixed the problem. I have Ryzen 5 5600X, 32G corsair ram, RTX 3070. as i mentioned, rolling back the update fixed the issue. GPU usage was low until the recent update from microsoft but there is a problem with the CPU still

 

Windows Explorer high CPU Usage in Windows 10

Usually, too many background processes can boost your CPU usage. Since you already disabled the apps that are not necessary on startup,
we suggest checking the applications running once you have successfully boot Windows 10. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• Click on the Start button and type Task Manager on the search box.
• On the Task Manager window, you should see the programs running.
• Click on the More details drop-down button to see the total number of apps running and their real-time CPU usage.

From there, you should see what applications are running on high CPU usage. You can also
restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service and see if your CPU performance will improve. Follow the instructions below to restart the service:

• Click on the Start button and type Services.
• Scroll down the list and look for Windows Management Instrumentation.
• Right click on it and select Restart.

Low cpu usage afrer 22h2 update

I read a aricle said that the bug of low cpu usage of 22h2 update had been fixed

Therefore, I updated my pc and find that the low cpu usage are still happened to me.

When I play Chivalry 2, I usally got about 40% of cpu usage.

But now only 5 to 8 % , the FPS are seriouly affected

I am using 3060Ti and 12400 and usally got over 100FPS and now I only have around 60
