Windows 10: why my ethernet doesn't work once I turn on the mobile hotspot

windows ver win 10 21H2Problem description Recently, I found a network problem on my laptop. If my laptop just connect to Ethernet, it's no problem to browse webs . However, when I turn on mobile hotspot sharing the wifi to my phone, my laptop can not browse any web with error codeERR_CONNECTION_RESET, but my phone can use the wifi normally. Then, if I turn off the mobile hotspot and stop sharing the wifi, my laptop can browse webs again. What's wrong and how can I fix it

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.

I have followed all the instructions and have checked that hosted network support is "Yes".

yet I cannot get the mobile hotspot up and running.

The message I get is " We can't sup up mobile hotspot. Turn on Wi-Fi"

Wi-Fi is turned on.

Does this mean mobile hotspot does not work to a normal Ethernet connection?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
