Windows 10: Why my fps drop after approximately an hour of gaming

Someone help me im stuck and I don’t know what to do, the problem is that when playing games like rust or farcry 6 in max settings my fps drop tremendously from 100-120 to 55-60 gpu usage goes to 99% and after a few mins of playing under this bad performance game crashes and screen turns black for like 30 secondsthis happened after I got a bsod Blue screen of death my system was running with no problems until that bsod it happened when gaming my temps are 66c when playing and 33 when idle I have an rtx 3070 i9 12900KF asus motherboard 32GB of ram 1 ssd with 1TB and an hdd with 1TB too I tr

Fps drops in-game after few hours

Hey, I'm otiwala. I'm using a Lenovo L340 gaming laptop 1TB storage. I play valorant everyday and recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and now I'm facing a problem that my fps everytime drops from 120fps to 40-50fps. I have tried multiple things like changing driver settings, in-game settings, changing power plan, etc.

I bought this laptop just like a year ago and when I started playing the game after few months using the laptop I was facing the same fps drop issue but resolved it by plugging in the charger to get higher fps while in match and use to plug the charger out during loading screen or match lobby.

I'm repeated evey step currently after upgrading to windows 11 but nothing is working . Please if someone can help me through this and give me an exact solution I would be grateful!
