    Why my GPU usage is so low when im playing games and my CPU is so high


    Hi i want to ask a question why my gpu usage is so low like 9-15% and my cpu is so high like 95-99% when im playing games ex.Battlefield V and then when i started playing this game i get around 75-90fps avg but now i only get 30-50fps my gpu driver is updated and i tried overclocking but it didnt increase the fps,so can you help me solve this problem?. my spec:i5 9300h,GTX 1650,16gb ddr4 2666mhz.

    High power usage when play steam games

    Yesterday i play Forza horizon 4 with medium graphics, now today,

    all my Steam games is horrible lag with super low fps, and randomly freezing the games,

    so annoying, My Windows have very high usage Gpu, Cpu, and power, can someone help me solve the lag problem

    and high usage in task manager?

    Low gpu usage in roblox and gpu usage dropping

    I can run other games with quite normal GPU usage like 30 - 60 CPU Usage and 70-100 GPU Usage in other games but I noticed that I have other games on HDD disk and Roblox on SSD disk and I was wondering if this might be Disk issue. On the one of screenshots at UserBenchmark results that says to plug in SSD disk into SATA 3.0 port with SATA 3.0 cabel. My problem is low GPU Usage in roblox but in some cases I have pretty high gpu usage and then it drops from like 50% to 20%.

    I forgot to add that I have ddr3 ram 1333Mhz

    High CPU usage when playing games on Windows 10 1909

    after upgraded to the windows 1909 my cpu usuage in game is really high and my gpu usuage is low which is not normal. At first I thought that is a cpu problem then I changed my cpu to 9900ks but in game.I still.got.the low gpu usuage Is this is a bug or
    mine issues？

    System set up

    9900ks

    32gb ram 4000hz

    2080ti

    Game I play: Bttlefield V
