Apps and Game limits on shared computer

I have two kids using one PC. Both are in my family, I have activity reporting turned on for both, screen time limits work properly for both, and the PC is showing as a device for both kids. Here's the problem:

Kid 1 has installed several games and apps, e.g. Discord, Call of Duty...

Kid 2 profile isn't showing those games and apps, so I can't block them, but kid 2 can load them and play them

Any idea why they wouldn't show in the list of installed games and apps and how I can get them to show up so i can block them?

    Thanks

Windows Phone 8 - Kids Corner Backdoor to Internet

    • Is there a way to dissable access to Internet Explorer entirely from within Kids Corner?
This way if a game has a link to a webpage or youtube video the kid pressing that button can't get to it.

I will post the suggestion at the feature suggestions page. But to me this sounds more like a flaw in the Kids Corner coding and should be patched.

    • Is there another forum I should post to in order to raise additional awareness?

Kid screen time: gaming time versus school work time

My Kid uses his Win10 PC for gamin and for school homework. He plays offline, online and web based games.

We wanted to limit the screen time he dedicates to gaming, which we succesfully do via the account.family control board by limiting the total PC screen time allowed.

But then we discovered that he was not dedicating as much time as the school homework required. He was saving the "allowed screen time" to be able to play games longer.

    So here's the question:

Is there any smart idea to be able to limit his gaming time while giving him as much time as needed for school work ?

I was thinking to maybe to create two accounts and setup up those so one of them has no gaming possibility, but I do not know how if that is possible (to limit gamin time). Do you know ?

    Thanks!
