Windows 10: Why my Laptop can't run windows 11? if it meets system requirements

I am using an HP 15 BW531AU laptop with Dual Core AMD A6 9220 CPU 2.5 GHz base speed, 2.9GHz turbo speed with integrated Radeon R4 Graphics. I have 4 GB of RAM, and 1TB of SATA in which 25% of space is occupied. I installed PC Health Check and saw that my PC can't run Windows 11 but on website, my PC meets all required requirements. System requirement doesn't meet base CPU speed but meets turbo

So I have a laptop with CPU Intel Core i7-6500U. The specs say that its speed is 2.5GHz and extendable upto 3.1GHz.

A game's minimum requirement is CPU 2 Duo 2.9GHz.
I tried to run the game but it didn't. Is it because of the CPU speed doesn't meet the requirement at base speed..??

Also, the game showed itself in the processes tab.

Can we manually increase CPU speed..?

 

PC doesn´t meet hardware requirements for game bar.

It sounds like your graphics card may not be compatible with the recording functionality of Game Bar. Do you know what model your graphics card is?

Here's a page that lists the system requirements of Game Bar's DVR function:

If your PC doesn't meet those requirements, you won't be able to use Game Bar to record.

Lumia 650 not meeting minimum system requirements of 1GB

This was not the case yesterday. It was listed for mobile as well, now it is indeed listed as PC/Surface only.

But my question was not completely related to just this app, but why the store listed my device as not meeting the minimum of 1GB RAM. (Now it is indeed listed as incompatible as they removed ARM support from the architecture list). It was telling me to
check the requirements.
