why my laptopwindows 11 AMD ryzen 5000 16 gb ram is not listening anything justonly when i plugged it to boat rockerz 400 headphone via aux cable , the mic is showing that realtek R audio system device is selected but not listening anything i speak in my laptop ... [this is working when i use bluetooth ..and when i just plugged out with the laptop then system mic is working fine ] please help me as soon possible
