Windows 10: why my Media Creation tool Failing ?

HiI am trying to make a bootable USB for future in case if something happens to my OS or it gets corrupted..I downloaded the media creation tool 22_H2 from Microsoft website and ran it but every time it keeps showing me "There was problem running this tool"at first i thought maybe because my USB was on NTFS file so 2nd time i formatted it to exFat default and tried to all these again..But same message showing up.. What should i do now ? btw I reinstalled windows from my service shop couple days ago because my window did got corrupted after 3 years of using.. so i am trying to make my own USB

Media Creation Tool Failed

First of all it’s a desktop, two I can’t even get to the OS (clean SSD, USB tool)

I have already exhausted all the garden variety troubleshooting steps listed for the various errors I have received so far.

None of them were particularly helpful for cases where can get into the OS or open the media creation tool…

POST --> F12 --> Boot Menu --> Win10 Pro 64bit Media creation tool --> Enter --> Loads --> POST’s --> Blue Screen*

*(3 out of 4 errors, 1962 is just a lack of OS on drive)

I'm thinking its an bad system board

PS I'm a computer repair tech
