Windows 10: Why my mouse keyboard and touchsceen not working

Hi can I ask about my computer in my CNC machine after fix the technician fix the error of software and he did it when I working for machine and I restart my computer in bootable the keyboard is working after enter then starting windows to open they freeze even mouse keyboard and touch screen not responding my question is what is all about problem of my computer?
