Windows 10: Why my onedrive personal fault has disappeared?

One drive personal vault had disappeared from my surface tablet go2 windows 10.On top of this every time I take a screenshot and I go and check on my photos app is never there.I have to wait and wait or go and look for it in the files which are never up to date ,also one drive pauses itself so the files dont sync.It suppose to be automatic files upload but is a Nightmare instead.Why there's not a simple visible way to click and restart the "paused" syncing?This one drive app and photo app is all over the place and now the personal vault has vanished as well. All of this on a tablet that is

OneDrive Personal has disappeared from File Explorer

I have a OneDrive Personal Account. This used to be listed in the list of files and folders in File Explorer. It still is on my HP desktop running W11, but has disappeared from my W10 HP laptop. I've tried the 'Restore your OneDrive' instructions, but they don't seem to relate to my particular problem, i.e., they seem to be to restore deleted files, etc, not to make OneDrive appear in the folder list in FE.

[I also have a Office 365 OneDrive from work. That is still listed ok.]

 

OneDrive Personal Missing 'Green Ticks'

The issue that you encountered regarding the program is may be caused by some files or components that are missing on the system. To sort out your concern, we suggest that you
reset OneDrive using the Run commands. This process will restart the program to its working state and eliminate any software conflicts. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

• Click Start, type Run, and then press Enter.
  
• Copy and paste the following command into the Run window and click
  OK.
  • %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
• Make sure that the OneDrive icon in the notification area of the taskbar will disappear and reappear after a minute or two.
• If the icon doesn’t reappear after a few minutes, copy this command:
  %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe and paste it into the
  Run window, and then click OK.
• Once you’re done, check if the issue persists.

1. Login to OneDrive.com.
2. Click the ? Help icon on the top banner of the page.
3. Select Email OneDrive support for the further assistance.
