Windows 10: why my PC has a hard time Starting up after leaving it off for more than half an hour?

I have been having an issue where my PC boots up, Fans moving, Lights on, Everything working but stays stuck on my monitors logo and it takes more than 6-10 times to even get to the log in screen, I changed the HDMI, I took off all USB connections, I cleaned out my computer three times, I used Command prompt, I reinstalled Windows and still nothing my Mouse and keyboard turns on than shuts off, Please help!

Meeting Times - Only on the Half Hour

Anyone any idea why Ovi calendar only allows the creation of new appointments starting on the hour or half hour?

You can sync odd timed appointments (e.g. 10:40 or 19:15) but not create or edit them.

Thoughts?

 

Upgrading to windows 10. Been on this same screen for half an hour.

Is the screen pulsating?

Is the hard disk LED on the chassis of the machine animating?

If it is, wait about an hour.

If it continues, then do the following:

• Check to ensure there is disk activity (look at the hard disk LED light to confirm. If there is, keep waiting. If setup goes beyond 2 to 3 hours, try the following steps.
• Power down the computer. Unplug it, then wait 20 mins to 1 hour.
• If you are using a laptop, remove the battery if the option is available.
• Disconnect it from the Internet (unplug Ethernet and/or turn off Wi-Fi).
• Plug it again, ensure it remains disconnected from the Internet then start computer.
• See if it completes setup.
• If setup completes and you see the desktop with the ability to click Start and launch programs, proceed to reconnect to the Internet.

Half Of 4TB External Hard drive Still Unallocated

I have been using this hard drive on my Xbox One and have recently decided I wanted to use it on my PC. I plugged the hard drive into my PC, went into disk management and immediately noticed something strange... the drive had 2 seperate parts to it. So
I then followed the steps to formatting the first half, then moved to the seccond, but the seccond half would not allow me to do ANYTHING. Please help me solve this problem.
