Why does pc crash then restart when playing any game.

Everytime I play a demanding game after a couple minutes it freezes, a blue screen pops up and pc restarts. It's so quick I can't even read what it says. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

 

Blue Screen after update...I think it is trying to update to 11...

Hello, I am having a problem with my system shutting down and getting a blue screen. No error is listed on the screen, just a blue screen. This is happening while playing a game WOT World of Tanks. I have never had this problem before until a windows update. On the update screen it says : This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. I have Windows 10. I am not trying to get windows 11. I am so frustrated with this because I have spent so much time trying to figure it out. Can someone help with this please?

Broken system files, software conflicts, or update incompatibility can cause issues such as encountering blue screen errors and auto-restarts. To isolate this issue, please answer the following questions:

• Aside from the updates, were there other changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
